The goal of Camp Fully Involved is to give young women the opportunity to experience what the fire service is like, and if they choose, to locate a fire explorer post in their area that they may become involved with to continue their training.
Camp Fully Involved is open to all young women ages 14 (and having completed the eighth grade) through 20, from any geographical location! No fire service experience is required, and we encourage you to apply, especially if you have no affiliation! In order for us to keep the experience the best that it can be, we only accept 16-24 cadets into the program each year. This also allows us to keep the closest instructor to cadet ratio we can to provide a higher degree of safety.
If you are considering a career in the fire or emergency medical services, or think you may be interested in just experiencing what it is like to be a firefighter, this is the camp for YOU! *Please understand that this is a physically demanding and aggressive firefighting program, based on NFPA standards (national standards).
There is a registration fee for camp that covers all meals and snacks for cadets, four camp T-shirts per cadet, water bottles, accountability system tags and all other administrative costs. The camp is a non-profit program sponsored by the Fire Instructors and Officers Association of New Hampshire. All cadets are required to have a current physical at the time of camp, verified by a signature from your personal medical professional.
